After installing the game you need to download and install the official patch which can be found here

http://downloads.sigames.com/download/242.exe

(please make sure you still have the ISO file mounted during all of this)

And then to update the rosters download the following update

http://rapidshare.com/files/148559468/September08Update.zip.html

Extract it to the following directory..

C:\Program Files\Championship Manager 01-02\Data

Overwrite any files that it asks you to.

And voila! The best football manager game is now your with updated teams!
